Med City Nursing Alliance is a grassroots movement started by Med City Rochester RNs who have come together to advocate and support nurses at Mayo Clinic. We have a duty to our patients to ensure they are being taken care of by nurses who are appreciated, compensated, supported, respected, and valued by the hospital they work for. Help us bring a true voice and representation to the Board of Trustees who are making top-down decisions that affect everyone in our community.
Each one of us brings a unique perspective, background, and experience to every patient we care for. They are our “why”. They deserve our best when they are feeling their worst. Help us empower, serve, and unite every nurse who so proudly puts the needs of their patients first.
At MCNA we are dedicated to advocating for Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses at Mayo Clinic, Rochester.
”I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I am changing the things I cannot accept.”
-Angela Davis
At MCNA we believe that every nurse has the capability of impacting every patient they care for. By creating job satisfaction, community integration, financial stability, and affordable access to the best healthcare in the world, our nurses will transcend joy across our hospital campuses and around the world.
